UPS Ground – Charges based on real time UPS, based on zip code and total weight of order, orders called in to customer service are shipped the same way, unless special requests are made. When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation via email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped within 1 - 2 business days as well. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped UPS 2nd day air.

We’re sorry we are currently unable to accept international orders via our website. To place an international order please e-mail Customer Service with the accurate shipping address along with your order and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours with shipping charges. You will be responsible for all clearance charges (duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees) associated with your order.
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization number, for exchange or refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
PURE PLANT SPA will accept a return on any product purchased by a direct consumer within 30 days. Please have your original order number when calling. If your original order arrives damaged please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We will exchange the product for the same or different product of the same value if you like, or issue a refund by check or credit card. A return address will be given to you at that time. Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns prepaid, FedEx, UPS or registered mail, in a well packed carton or original packaging.
Please note: the return of product is required for a full refund or exchange. We do not accept returns that are empty or in bad condition. For return purchases made directly at a retail store you must contact them.
